The Spanky Payne Car Club is a new Car Club in Springfield & Rutland Vermont.

Started June 2012 by John Ellis Jr. AKA Spanky Payne.

To join S.P.C. Club is free for all ages. We need some stuff to help out for the upcoming shows.

John has joined a couple of clubs that were not fun and didn't do anything but plan one show a year.

S.P.C.C. Plans to go to all type of events. We are all about having fun and enjoying life and our classic cars..
